Freelance Adjunct Faculty Opportunities

To further strengthen our teaching network, we are always interested in connecting with committed freelance lecturers who share our values and would like to contribute their expertise to the education of future business leaders in face-to-face teaching on our Munich campus (we don't offer online teaching opportunities).

Your Tasks

  • Independently plan, prepare, and deliver courses or substantial parts of larger modules based on defined learning objectives and program requirements on our Munich campus
  • Coordinate course content module leaders and other faculty members to ensure academic coherence and alignment within the curriculum
  • Design engaging, academically rigorous, and practice-oriented learning experiences in an international classroom environment
  • Develop teaching materials, assessments, and examination formats in alignment with module requirements
  • Support and mentor students throughout the course and provide subject-specific guidance

What We Are Looking For

  • University degree (Master’s or PhD) in a business related field
  • Relevant professional and/or academic experience
  • A strong commitment to high-quality, practice-oriented teaching
  • Intercultural competence and enthusiasm for working in an international environment
  • Previous university-level teaching experience is an advantage
  • Depending on the assignment, excellent English and/or German language skills
